This is a 16 days / 15 nights Manali, Kinnaur, Spiti and Ladakh Motorbike tour. On this expedition, we cross several high mountain passes including the world’s top two highest mountain passes. This great Himalayan challenge crosses over high mountain passes which provide spectacular views of snow-capped peaks and rugged terrain. The expedition takes through one of the most spectacular & picturesque landscapes in the world so make sure to bring your cameras along. The motorcycle tour starts from Manali, into Kinnaur valley which is a mixture of Hindu & Buddhist cultures. From there we ride across several mountains entering Ladakh and then finally conquering Khardung La. It’s one epic tour for all motorcycle enthusiast from all over the world.   1. Day 1 Arrive Delhi

    Arrival at Delhi airport and transfer to hotel. Check-in and overnight at hotel (check-in at 12 noon)

  2. Day 2 Delhi/ Chandigarh (by train)/ Manali (300 kms/ 9 – 10 hrs)

    Morning transfer to the railway station to connect Shatabadi express for Chandigarh (dep 0740 hrs/ arr 1100 hrs). Arrival at Chandigarh station and transfer by road to Manali. On arrival check-in and overnight at hotel.

  3. Day 3 Manali/ Jibhi (111 kms/ 5 hrs)

    Morning we assemble at the hotel for a small briefing about the tour and then we meet our Royal friend – The Enflied also known fondly as Bullet. Later we start our Motorbike adventure. On your Royal Enfield bikes from Manali to Jibhi in Tirthan Valley. Ride from Manali on NH 21 crossing Kullu town and after crossing tunnel at Aut, we turn to enter Tirthan valley. We ride along Tirthan river and cross Banjar and start our climb towards Jalori Pass which we cross the next day. We end the ride for the day with a break at Jibhi or Shoja. Overnight at camp/ guest house.

  4. Day 4 Shoja/ Sangla (209 kms/ 8- 9 hrs)

    We start our ride in morning, crossing over Jalori Pass from where on a clear day a long necklace of Himalayan Range can be viewed including peaks of Kullu region like Deo Tibba, Hanuman Tibba etc. We now descend down towards Satluj valley. We ride crossing Rampur and continue riding Satluj valley, entering Kinnaur and taking a detour entering the beautiful Sangla valley from Karcham. After a long and a very interesting ride we halt for the night in a camp/ guest house at Sangla.

  5. Day 5 Sangla/ Chitkul (90 kms)/ Kalpa (51 kms)

    Today we ride to explore the Kinnaur belt, riding to Chitkul the last remote village towards Indo China border. We then return to Snagla and continue our ride further to Kalpa village. Kalpa village is located in backdrop of Kinner Kailash mountain range. On arrival check in at hotel. Rest of day free to explore Kalpa village. Overnight at hotel.

  6. Day 6 Kalpa/ Nako/ Tabo (190 kms/ 8 hrs)

    Another day of an interesting ride. Its exciting riding the narrow Satluj valley till Khab where Satluj river meets Spiti river and this points is also the reference where we enter the Spiti valley. We ascend upto Nako village, the last among Kinnauri villages located on banks of a small lake. We walk around village and later continue further towards Tabo. Tabo monastery was founded in 996 AD by the great teacher Richensang-po, Tabo is renowned for its breathtaking murals and stucco images – and is often called “The Ajanta of the Himalayas”. The largest monastic complex in Spiti, the old section has 9 temples, 23 chortens, a monks chamber and a nuns chamber. There are several caves adorned with frescoes and contemporary structures too. In trans Himalayan Buddhism, Tabo’s sanctity is next only to Tibet’s Tholing gompa. Overnight at Guest House in Tabo

  7. Day 7 Tabo/ Dhankar/ Pin Valley/ Kaza (105 kms/ 06-07 hrs)

    Today we ride around Spiti valley, exploring the mesmerizing landscape, varied colors of mountains and remote villages & gompas. We start our ride in morning towards Dhankar village & monastery. This Monastery at Dhankar rests high over the valley and is a stupendous example of local architecture. It is regarded to have once been a fort and was also the residence of the ruler of Spiti – the Nano. We ride further towards Pin Valley, the land of Ibex and Snow Leopards. We end the day on reaching Kaza, the main town of Spiti valley. Evening free to explore Kaza town and make some noise “ride hard, party hard”. Overnight at hotel.

  8. Day 8 In Kaza

    Morning we ride to visit Comic which is among the Worlds Highest permanently inhabited village and then later visit Hikim & Langza village which has World’s Highest Post Office. Evening free to explore Kaza town & market. Overnight at hotel.

  9. Day 9 Kaza/ Chandertal (117 kms/ 4 – 5 hrs)

    Morning after breakfast visit the Ki monastery, 12 kms from Kaza. This centuries – old gompa is a labyrinth of rooms and corridors – and at one time also acted as a fort. It houses valuable Thangkas and offers a panoramic view of the area. We continue our ride further to Kibber village at 4205 m which has now become famous for Snow Leopard sighting in winter months.

     

    What a ride is going to be from here onwards, hold your breaths to ride into the Himalayas. Now we ride inside deep into Himalayas. From Chichim we ride towards Losar which is the last Spiti village and from here start the ascend towards Kunzam Pass (4558 m) which lies on main Great Himalayan Range. We get beautiful views of CB ranges and continue further towards Chandertal Lake (The moon lake – 4270 m) which is of exquisite beauty between a lower ridge and the main Kunzum range, the outlet being into Chandra river. We check into our camp and after a brief rest, start our walk towards the lake which is about an hour away. Enjoy the beauty of lake and after spending sometime, we walk back to our camp for overnight.

  10. Day 10 Chandertal/ Chatru/ Jispa (116 kms/ 6 hrs)

    Morning we start our ride from Chandertal lake for yet another breathtaking day of charming scenic views and exciting rides. We ride through the trans Himalayan region crossing Batal, Chatru entering into Lahaul valley. From Gramphoo we continue through Lahaul valley crossing several village likes Sissu, Gondla, Tandi, Keylong, Gemur to Jispa. We check in at the camp for overnight stay.

  11. Day 11 Jispa/ Baralacha Pass/ Sarchu (85 kms/ 5 hrs)

    On your bikes from Jispa to Sarchu Enroute crossing Darcha and over Baralachala Pass (4800 m). On arrival check-in at camp. Evening free to walk around in Sarchu. Overnight in camp.

  12. Day 12 Sarchu/ Naki La/ Lachunga La/ Tanglang La Pass/ Leh (253 kms/ 8 – 9 hrs)

    On your bikes from Sarchu to Leh crossing over Naki La (4800 m), Lachang La (5065 m) and More Plains. After crossing More plains, climb upto Tanglang La pass (5328 m) which is Worlds IInd highest motorable pass and continue further to Leh. On arrival in Leh by evening check in at hotel. Overnight at hotel

  13. Day 13 In Leh – riding around

    After breakfast ride your Royal Enfield bikes to Nimo to witness the confluence of Zanskar & Indus River. Return to Leh enroute visiting Magnetic Hill, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib and Spituk Monastery. Evening free to walk around exploring Leh market or upto Shanti Stupa to have a glimpse of setting sun & Leh town. Overnight at hotel.

  14. Day 14 Leh/ Nubra via Khardungla (5600 m) (130 kms/ 6 -7 hrs)

    After breakfast at your hotel, we ride to Nubra valley via Khardungla pass (5600 m), which is the highest motorable pass in the world 5600 m and has been recorded in the Guinness Book of World Records. Later drive to Nubra valley, take photoshoots enroute. The natural home of double hump bacterial camel and famous old silk route, enjoy a small camel ride at the sand dunes. On arrival check-in at camp. Evening explore Hunder village and enjoy a short Bacterian Camp ride. Overnight stay at the camp at Hunder.

  15. Day 15 Nubra/ Leh (120 kms/ 5 – 6 hrs)

    Today after breakfast we ride back to Leh scaling the Khardng La once again. We end our motorcycle adventure on reaching Leh for a relaxed afternoon. Overnight at hotel.

  16. Day 16 Depart Leh

    Intime transfer to Leh airport to connect flight to Delhi. End of tour.
